Most of them have, yes, but not all. Despite us now being past the biggest shopping event of the years, companies are still battling for both your attention and your hard earned dollars ahead of Christmas, so let's make those dollars go a bit further than normal, shall we?

The good news is I've found a bunch of golf deals still live, and they're good ones, too! In this piece I've picked 10 of my favorites picks of sales still live, from the best golf irons to the best golf simulators and pretty much everything in between.

One incredible offer, which we had to read twice, involves the PXG 0311 Gen5 and its XF sibling, which are on sale for just $179.99.

During the last few days, there have been hundreds and hundreds of offers and, to my qualified eye, I don't see these products getting any cheaper than they already are.

From technology to golf balls and shoes, there is money saving to be done and, below, we've listed five of the most notable items that we can't imagine getting any cheaper before the end of the event on Monday.

Voice Caddie Laser Fit Rangefinder

Beginning with the Voice Caddie Laser Fit Rangefinder, which stood out to us via the minimalist, lightweight design, long battery life and the triangulation feature.

You may wonder, what is a triangulation feature? Well it allows you to first zap the ball and then zap the pin to give you a precise yardage, even when you're not directly next to the golf ball!

Garmin Approach R50 Launch Monitor

First things first, the Garmin Approach R50 combines a launch monitor and golf simulator in one, with it significantly cheaper than the best launch monitors on the market.

Out of the box, the R50 is on the bulkier side, weighing 4kg. Importantly, though, it is easily portable thanks to its design, as a robust case with a shoulder strap is included. This makes it easy to carry without fear of the unit being damaged.

In our testing, we felt the 10-inch full color touchscreen was bright, crystal clear and very responsive. Where it stood out, though, was how customizable the view of the data was.

Crammed with data points, you can see all the numbers together or on a graphical representation of impact between club and ball. The numbers provided are also incredibly accurate and comparable with other models in this category.

Like the best Garmin golf watches and GPS', there are over 43,000 courses available in the Play mode. The slight negative is that this requires a Garmin Golf subscription of $9.99 monthly, or $99.99 annually. This may annoy some, but it's worth noting that it's a lot cheaper than some of the software packages provided by competitors.

Full Swing KIT Launch Monitor

Another launch monitor we have spotted on offer this Cyber Monday is the Full Swing KIT Launch Monitor, which is a mammoth $1000 off and at one of the lowest prices we've ever seen it at.

Commonly seen on Tour, being used by the likes of Major winners Woods and Rahm, it's simple to set-up and use, with 16 different data points and a customizable OLED Screen making this an extremely premium product.

There's a lot of positives but, what gave us peace of mind is the accuracy as at no point did it miss a shot, and every subtle change in distance and direction was reflected in the data.

Where we felt this model stood out, though, was the app experience. Not only is it incredibly intuitive to navigate through every session and every shot, but you can analyze the data, share it with your coach and friends and even look at the dynamic dispersion chart, which lets you see where all your shots finished color coded by club.

Like the Garmin above, there are additional fees and, with the Full Swing, that comes in the form of a $299 annual fee. If you're searching for a launch monitor that could be included among your home set-up, though, this deal is definitely one worth considering.

Srixon 2025 Z-Star Diamond Ball

Used by JJ Spaun to claim the US Open this year, this is arguably one of the deals of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, as you can pick up 24 Srixon Z-Star Diamond golf balls for under $70.

In our review, we felt that the competitive distance output was backed up by the high approach shot spin, while the soft feel strikes the balance perfectly, with it not being excessive.

Ranked as one of the best premium golf balls money can buy, Srixon introduced a new biomass urethane cover to the Diamond, which still has a Spin Skin+ coating and Fast Layer DG Core 2.0.

We've found several golf ball deals this Cyber Monday and, personally, this is one of, if not, the best out there. If we were to find a fault, it would be that it doesn't look as premium as other models, but if you're solely focused on performance then this is one of the best golf balls out there.

adidas S2G Shoe

The final product is the adidas S2G SL Golf Shoe, which is ranked as a really solid performer in the spikeless golf shoe category and now available at half price in various colorways and sizes.

In terms of what stands out, it's the excellent on-and-off course wearability, as adidas has replicated its style that we see in their modern running shoes. There's also a nod to modern sneakers in this look, meaning it can be paired with just about any item of clothing.

Putting it bluntly, this is a shoe designed for summer, as the spikeless outsole is designed to work on hard surfaces as much as grass. The nubs aren't as grippy as some of the best spikeless golf shoes, but still do an adequate job on the course.

Like we see in adidas' golf shoes, the S2G SL features Lightstrike technology through the midsole, which aids comfort. What's more, this footwear is a wider fit than other adidas golf shoes, meaning they are very true to size, unlike other shoes from the brand where you need to go half a size up.

If we were to list negatives, the breathability isn't as good as some but, considering this is already one of the best golf shoes for under $100, and now even cheaper, it really is an excellent offer this Cyber Monday.

You can still enjoy golf in the winter as much as you do in the summer, it just requires a little more effort and planning. You need to have plenty of layers, including gloves, hats and a trusty rain jacket. You'll also need a reliable, durable pair of the best spiked golf shoes to make sure you don't slip and slide during your swing. If you aren't prepared effectively, those 18 holes can feel very, very long.

So, as a golf addict all 12 months of the year despite living in cold, wet and windy Ireland, I think I'm in a good position to create this guide on the products that will put you a position to play your best golf this winter. This is not your average women's golf shoe, it’s disruptive! The colour mix, including lucid lemon and bright pink sole stripes, is busy, but I genuinely like it.

New Balance has a massive sports history, and the 574 Greens V2 golf shoe takes inspiration from their classic Court Classics model, promising comfort and durability.

With its low profile, it looks just like a running shoe. The upper is waterproof microfibre leather, backed by a two-year warranty. I’m interested to see how that suede-like material handles serious winter weather and how easily it cleans!

In terms of comfort, the CUSH+ insole and dropped midsole made for a very easy walk over 18 holes, proving lightweight and highly breathable. The NDurance rubber outsole is flexible and offers plenty of grip via numerous nubs. I found the traction more than satisfactory, and I appreciate the extra support provided by the heel counter and the toe cap extension that guards against wear.

If you’re looking for a fashion-forward, comfortable, and versatile golf shoe that delivers on performance, the 574 Greens V2 is definitely a solid option.

The Skechers GoGolf Jasmine 2 is a brilliant all-rounder, offering the perfect blend of comfort and performance. They look and feel like you're slipping your feet into athletic marshmallows, helping you float around the course!

This shoe has a smart, traditional look combined with trainer-like comfort. Attractive gold accents on the sole and the Skechers logo make them subtly classy. I especially love the white/gold colorway, which is a quick wardrobe win and performs brilliantly.

Now I know what you are thinking, that doesn't sound like a lot, but the rarity of this deal makes it worth shouting about and putting on your radar!

We tested this watch a few years ago and it really did perform as you would want one of the best golf watches to. The display was crystal clear and detailed whilst the user experience was on the most part, seamless. The setup up on the Google Wear OS app and the TAG Heuer app was a little laborious but at the end of the day you only need to do this once and then off you go.

GPS functionality was also very good. The dial on the side to scroll up and down the 2D view of the hole on the watch screen. This then moves a red dot which then changes the distance number you will see, suggesting clubs for you to hit by factoring in the characteristics of the shot you face.

However, I think the main feature that differentiates this watch from the other best golf watches on the market is it's ability to automatically track your shots, using the accelerometer and gyroscope to mark your tee shot and then subsequent shot. This makes it more seamless to collect the data it requires. Then as you play more, and more data is collected, the watch will create a heat map to show you where your shots have landed. This allows you to see what clubs work best on each tee shot, which is ideal for optimizing strategy if you play the same course most of the time.

The app is another part of the package (along with the free sleeve of TAG Heuer emblazoned Titleist Pro V1 balls) that sets it apart. The detail is excellent here whilst I enjoyed the ability to switch between 2D and 3D maps. Finally I should mention the battery life which was a clear improvement over the previous model. Despite all the features in play, you get 5+ hours of full golf shot tracking, which is one of the longest we’ve tested and 30 percent more than the prior version.

I know the Tag Heuer will not be within every reader's price range, so I have included two more deals below on Garmin and Voice Caddie watches, both of which tested very well for us. Currently, I'm a 3 handicapper and, this year, I've lowered that numbered and found more consistency, this is thanks in-part to these different items being introduced throughout 2025.

The five items above have been part of my set-up throughout 2024 and 2025 and they have made a big difference to my golf game.

Previously, I used the Titleist Pro V1 and, like all golfers, I decided I would try something different. Looking through the various sites, I came across the Bridgestone Tour B X and, in its first outing, I shot a one-over-par 72, my best round for quite some time.

I loved the feel and spin from the golf ball, which didn't compromise on distance, as I found I was hitting the same clubs into the greens at my home track.

Moving to the two tech items in this list, as the Arccos Smart Sensors and Garmin Approach G80 make an appearance.

I've never been the biggest gadget guy, but these have been excellent additions as they've opened up a new world to my golf game and made me learn more about it.

Using the Arccos sensors, I found that I was losing -3.5 shots in terms of approach play, specifically missing the green to the left. A lesson shortly after helped straighten up my irons and I found my green in regulation stats increased vastly.

This, coinciding with the Approach G80, which works as a GPS on the course and a launch monitor off it, gave me all the basics I needed in terms of my gapping and yardages to give me confidence out on the course.

My final two products are the adidas Tour 360 24 Golf Shoe and the Ethnonova Golf Training Grip.

You may wonder, how can a golf shoe improve performance? Well, this five star model gave me incredible grip on the course, allowing me to fully commit to every shot, no matter the conditions.

Sam Burns, who has five victories on the circuit, ranked first in Strokes Gained: Putting during the 2025 PGA Tour season, gaining 0.983 strokes on the field.

The American has kept the same-style of putter in his bag for a number of years and, with it being his choice of wand, we're amazed to see it reduced this Black Friday weekend!

If you're like me and you're a sports video game addict, these are the months in which my PlayStation is working overtime. It's barely on during the summer considering I'm on the golf course or doing some other outside activity in the evenings, but when the colder, darker evenings roll in, I resort to my gaming chair and fire up one of the many, many sports video games I own.

I rotate through a few - I've loved the new College Football 26 game and I'm prone to a game or two of 'Pro Clubs' with my friends on EAFC 26, but the game I've played the most over the last 12 months has been PGA TOUR 2K26. I reviewed PGA TOUR 2K25 late last year and was amazed by how much I enjoyed it - that's not to say I didn't expect to do so, but realism is something I value highly in a sports video game and 2K Sports did a brilliant job in delivering that in their latest golf game. PGA TOUR 2K25 has licenses for three of the four Major Championships in addition to a fully licensed PGA Tour season, culminating with the FedEx Cup at East Lake. Not only are the best tournaments in golf included, so are a lot of the top courses. The PLAYERS course at TPC Sawgrass, the 2025 U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club, the 2025 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club and The 153rd Open at Royal Portrush Golf Club all feature and look fantastic thanks to significantly improved graphics compared to the last iteration of the game.

The licensing and course help, but what sets this game apart from other golf games I've played is how customizable the playing experience is. 2K's new EvoSwing mechanic sets the standard for golf gameplay and allow players to ramp the difficulty up or down in incredible detail, tailoring their experience to how challenging they want the gameplay to be. Want to card as many birdies as possible? You can do that. Want a more realistic, immersive challenge like myself? You can make the swing mechanic punish you with mishits if you don't nail the player's own rhythm and dexterity.

There's no doubt in my mind that the Drive Pro is one of the best spikeless shoes I've ever tested. I invested in a set of Cobra Darkspeed irons around 18 months ago on the recommendation of my esteemed colleague here at Golf Monthly, Joe ‘the Pro’ Ferguson. When it comes to golf equipment, Joe knows more than most people will ever know so his opinion always carries great weight to me, and his review of the Darkspeed irons grabbed my attention. I didn’t particularly need new irons as I was happy enough with the set I was using, but sometimes you just want to freshen up with something new and exciting, right?

So after reading Joe’s review of the Darkspeed irons, which was glowing, I asked him if he’d recommend them for a golfer of my distinctly average skillset. Darkspeed irons aren’t aimed at the likes of Joe, yet despite that he really enjoyed testing them and he put them up there as the best game improvement irons of 2024. I’ve played with Joe and he knows my strengths (ball striking) and weaknesses (putting!), so when he said these were a perfect iron for my game that was all I needed to hear.

I pulled the trigger and bought a set and it has turned out to be a great decision. They've been in the bag for 18 months and I don’t expect to change them for at least a couple more years as they deliver exactly what I need; distance, consistency, feel, forgiveness and great looks.

The distance comes from the strong lofts. They’re very strong in fact. The 7 iron is 27°. For context, the 7 iron Joe normally plays (and what you would tend to find in the bags of the better players) is 34°. That’s a big difference, but what it means in layman’s terms is that shorter hitters like myself can still compete with playing partners when they say “I’m hitting 9 iron here” and you can say “me too!” even though your 9 iron is basically their 7 iron!

So essentially, game improvement - or distance irons - such as Darkspeed will go further than traditional irons because the lofts are stronger. Sometimes with these stronger lofted, game improvement irons, there is a trade off to be had in terms of ball flight and especially with looks. Darkspeed bucks that trend as they still deliver a relatively high, penetrating flight, and they look fantastic - both in the bag and at address.

The look when standing over the ball is unusual for an iron in this category. My previous irons were Wilson Staff D9s and then I switched up to Dynapower, both of which delivered excellent performance but looked exactly what they are - chunky, game improvement irons with a thickish topline. The Darkspeed irons have a more slender look which is further aided by the charcoal colored heads which add to that slimmer visual. In my opinion they’re one of the most stylish looking irons on the market, certainly in the category in which they sit anyway.

I’d say these are an ideal iron for a mid-handicap player who needs a bit more forgiveness and distance. I see myself as a pretty consistent ball striker and I could easily play a set of irons aimed at lower handicap players, but I’d be losing too much distance by doing so. Hitting a 7 iron into a 130 yard par 3 just isn’t good for my ego. I know it shouldn't matter, but it does. I can’t help it. Darkspeed irons allow me to hit a nine iron into that par 3 and that makes life easier, both in terms of psychology but also the shot itself. Even leaving loft out of it, it’s just easier to hit a nine iron than a seven iron isn’t it?

The Elyte Triple Diamond is, quite frankly, a bit of a beast. It’s built for players who hit the center of the face pretty consistently and are looking for that low spin/high launch characteristic. I know how good this club is because I actually had it in my bag at the start of the season. What immediately stood out during testing was the sheer, explosive fast ball speed it generated, consistently clocking some of the highest speeds I recorded all year (around the 172mph mark). Now I have three large golf bags rammed with putters. Usually vintage, mostly Ping, but eventually I started branching out a bit to more current models and different brands. Spiders and Zebras and Rams, oh my.

I rarely even use any of these putters out on the course because a few years ago I was fortunate enough to experience a custom putter fitting with Ping where their expert fitters analysed every detail of my putting stroke and then came up with the ideal putter for me. It’s far more fun experimenting with a belly putter or the weird and wonderful IB Putter Sweet Spot designed by Ivan Ballesteros, nephew of the great Seve.

I actually putt far more than I play, which is ironic as despite all the hours I spend doing it putting has been the worst part of my game for many years, although I think I’ve turned a corner on that recently. Mind you, if I had a dollar for every time I’d thought that then I’d be… well I’d be able to buy a lot more putters.

Anyway, while I may be taking things to the extreme, there is actually some logic to having more than one putter. Sometimes a change is as good as a rest, and if things are going stale for you on the greens it can be good to shake it up by introducing a new putter to the bag. It may work, it may not, but if it doesn’t you will often find yourself feeling more appreciative towards your old putter and will go back to it with a renewed vigor.

It also isn’t the worst idea to have a back up putter for when you are playing on different speed greens. Often it helps having a heavier putter head when playing slow greens, or winter golf, while for lightning quick summer greens you may feel more comfortable with a lighter head.

New putters are expensive of course, so I’ve had to restrict myself and I only pick up a few each year, but Black Friday is as good a time as any to grab one and after looking around today I have my eye on a few so thought I’d share some of those deals with you.

With these drivers in my possession, I now know exactly which drivers will be replaced going into next year. With the Cyber Monday sales now in full swing, I've had a look to see which of the best golf drivers of 2025 have discounts, and I'm happy to say there are plenty. I won't go through all of them, instead choosing what I think are the nine best deals I've seen thus far.

The aesthetics of zero-torque putters is a little marmite, but if you can persevere and get through what's best described as a hangover period as opposed to a honeymoon period, then I believe your putting will reap the rewards. I've tested an abundance of zero-torque putters in 2025, and with their extreme popularity, I didn't expect many, if any, to be on sale. However, I was wrong.

Arguably my favourite of the PXG ZT models is the Bat Attack. It was already one of PXG’s most iconic shapes and so I was delighted when this shape was made into a ZT model. This winged mallet is all about providing forgiveness while providing the feel you would expect out of a blade putter.

Thanks to its S-COR technology (a lightweight polymer tucked behind the face) the Bat Attack ZT gives you an exceptionally soft, plush sensation at impact -something slightly diferent to the other PXG putters. If you’re a player who values touch and demands precise distance control, this is the ZT model you’ll want to go for. The Zero Torque design, ensures that buttery feel is combined with enhanced stability for performance with any range of putt.

I find the dot really useful to center the putter and the line for obvious reasons. The Italian brand Duca del Cosma always does their utmost to produce a trendsetting range of golf shoes that perform as good as they look.

In my opinion, the style of the Alesi shoe is as near to trainer-like as you can get without looking too bulky. It has a chic, feminine appearance set off by the wedge platform sole and the navy and light blue jacquard print.

Look closely, and you'll see the print subtly features the 'C' for Cosma, similar to other luxury brands. Made in soft Italian Nappa leather, it feels comfortable to the touch, and subtle detailing includes shiny silver eyelets printed with ‘Duca del Cosma.’ You even get a choice of laces to customize the look!

I particularly liked the raised profile; they felt compact and comfortable, securing my feet in all the right places while still allowing them to breathe over 18 holes.

I'm a regular size 6 (39) and they suited me perfectly, though I would advise women who need a wide fitting to try before they buy, as they are a fairly narrow fit.

As for performance, I couldn’t fault the grip and traction of the lightweight spikeless Airplay sole. Even when it was damp underfoot, the shoes delivered impressive stability. These shoes are waterproof and, when you combine fashion and performance, the Alesi definitely makes the list of best women’s golf shoes.

My first impression of the FootJoy Pro/SLX was that this is a "proper" golf shoe, exceptionally well-made, promising both comfort and stability. This is thanks to visible design features like an exposed heel stabiliser and a side wall TPU wrap, engineered to control lateral and upper foot movement during the swing.

The design is clean and modern, hitting a semi-sporty note as one of the best women's golf shoes. Constructed with premium leather, comfort is an outstanding feature. The molded Ortholite Fitbed felt great immediately, and it will only improve as it molds to your foot over a few rounds. Also, the StratoFoam midsole gave a noticeable spring in my step.

Performance-wise, I was impressed. This shoe is packed with traction technology and easily stood up to testing on wet and slippery ground.

I felt stable and in control on every shot, it's worth noting that I usually wear a size 6, but found that a half-size down (5.5) fit me better in this model.

The Gallivan2r combines high fashion and performance for that unmistakably modern and stylish look. This model blends the classic design of the Gallivanter shoe with the comfort technology of the MG4+.

The first thing I noticed about the Gallivan2r was its classic and more understated style, particularly in the all-over black. It’s one of the most classy-looking shoes I’ve seen this year, featuring a patent-type toe and a shiny, rigid black heel counter.

I haven’t always been a big fan of kilties, but I must admit I really like it on this model, as it blends nicely and cleverly highlights the brand’s embossed logo.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a G/Fore shoe without a splash of fun, which is found on the sole with nubs in a variety of vibrant colors.

While the leather doesn't feel instantly soft like some competitors, these are nicely cushioned and over 18 holes, I found the Gallivan2R to be incredibly comfortable. It felt true to size and snug, which I actually prefer for compact stability.

One of the best things is the unique massaging insole. Once you've got used to the sensation underfoot, it's a feature most women will love.

I was also impressed by the year-round performance, specifically the grip, thanks to the G/Pod cleat system. I found it to be reliable, and the shoe is lightweight, making walking in wet, muddy conditions feel much easier. Plus, the black color easily wipes clean!

Whether you’re walking, running, or playing golf, Skechers has always prioritised comfort, and the Go Golf Elite 6 Slip-ins rank among our most comfortable golf shoes for women.

I’d heard so much about the Slip-ins feature and was genuinely surprised by the hands-free design. Being able to slide your foot straight in without bending down is a small luxury, even if you do need to bend down to tie up the laces!

Once on, they feel secure thanks to the heel pillow, which gently hugs your foot and keeps it in place. If you have problem feet, you’ll really appreciate the removable arch fit insole that provides soft, podiatrist-approved support by molding to your foot.

I found the cushioning impressively lightweight. It almost feels like wearing a high-performance trainer rather than a traditional golf shoe. The overall fit is slightly on the narrow side, though it worked fine for me.

Style-wise, they lean into a sporty, performance aesthetic, which might not appeal to everyone, but I liked the subtle branding and the unusual periwinkle color. It’s also a nice bonus that these shoes are waterproof and made with recycled materials.

Performance-wise, it was very solid, as the low-profile outsole features GRIPFLEX technology to ensure traction and stability, while offering enough flexibility to feel well balanced over your shots.

These shoes tick a lot of boxes. They are easy to wear, easy to clean, and excel in comfort for those long days on the course.

Olivera 2 is a sassy-looking shoe that blurs the line between high fashion and high-performing golf gear. It looks great and is among some of the best women’s golf shoes out there right now.

The metallic rose gold Nappa leather is glamorous without being overly reflective or patent, catching the sunlight beautifully.

Details like the stamped logo, copper eyelets, and the choice of cream or ballet pink laces add a large dose of customization and luxury.

The wide, chunky sole is extremely fashionable and instantly boosts confidence. Comfort-wise, the soft leather inside means they fit like slippers from the first try-on.

They are waterproof, functional, and smart for après-golf, adding a sprinkling of fun to any outfit.

Performance is impressive too. The Airplay 15 Smart Sole provides fantastic stability. The rubber nubs cover the sole to ensure grip and balance in every direction, which is fantastic for hilly courses.

Finally, the offset medial toe bumper protects the leather from scuffs. These shoes are a brilliant investment that deliver style and function both on and off the course.

If I may be so bold, I've become something of an expert on golf shoes; I've tested over 50 pairs in my career so far. So, while there are over two dozen golf shoe deals we've found so far this Black Friday, I wanted to condense this down to just five, to show you the shoe deals that are really worth taking advantage of.

I still use three of these models (when I'm not testing), which hopefully hammers home how much I like these shoes.

Adidas Tour360 24

Still, to this day, my favourite golf shoe. It's been a little under two years since this released, so it's not that surprising to see it on sale. That being said, this is one of the best deals I've seen on the Tour360 24 since it released.

Why do I love this shoe? For a few reasons, really. First the looks. An iconic design that looks great with whatever else you wear. The comfort also stands out. Though the 2022 version of the Tour360 had some issues around the heel area

A spiked golf shoe, you can wear this all year round and benefit from the Tour-proven technology (trusted by the likes of Xander Schauffele, Marco Penge and Sepp Straka) for less than $100.

FootJoy Quantum

From my favourite shoe, to the most comfortable shoe I've ever tested. If comfort is top of your list when it comes to getting a new golf shoe, I can't recommend a shoe more than this. The insole has a memory-foam affect, moulding to the shape of your foot after you've worn it a few times. The midsole compliments this perfectly, with loads of cushioning.

The spikeless outsole is fine in dry conditions, but not comprehensive enough to perform in the wet, so bear that in mind. Laurie Canter recently switched into these at the season-ending event of the DP World Tour, moving from his FootJoy HyperFlex.

Under Armour Drive Fade

Though not at the very top of my current golf shoe rotation, I did award this shoe the best value golf shoe of 2025. That it's in the Black Friday sale, making it even cheaper, further enhances my point from earlier this year.

Why is this such a good value shoe? Simple. Great traction, solid looks and a comfortable overall fit mean this shoe can keep up with its more expensive counterparts.

Adidas Adizero ZG

I crowned this shoe the best spikeless model of 2025. Why? The outsole is one of the best I've ever tested. The different-shaped lugs that dominate the outsole offer excellent ground penetration as well as excellent traction when walking. The shoe itself is incredibly lightweight, reduces leg and foot fatigue, and is fully waterproof

They're not as good-looking as the Tour360, in my opinion, but if you can put that to one sid,e this is a superb deal on one of the best spikeless shoes I've tested.

I'll be honest, this isn't my favorite shoe I've ever tested, but this deal is one of the best I've seen this Black Friday. If you're in the market for a comfortable, waterproof and high-quality spikeless shoe, this is a deal not to be missed.

It's not that this isn't a brilliant shoe, I just don't personally love the look. The comfort - as with any Ecco shoe - is right up there with the very best, and the Gore-Tex material offers a rugged, waterpoof but breathable

Over half price on any Ecco shoe shouldn't be frowned at, so take a look at this deal if it tickles your fancy.

Balls

Of course it makes sense to start with the one piece of gear every golfer has to have... golf balls.

Now, the golf ball space can be overwhelming because there are so many options at different price points. Firstly, you have the premium end of the spectrum, the best golf balls on the market, which will usually end up around the $50 mark; however, there are also mid-price and value options with different performance characteristics.

Below, I've included three options at varying price points, all of which we have tested and enjoyed the performance of. The Diamond golf ball, in my opinion, might be up there as one of the best Black Friday golf deals anywhere right now, whilst I have also enjoyed testing the Stripe model from TaylorMade.

Finally, my colleague Dave Usher can attest to the Legato performance and he told me he couldn't believe they are 44% off at the moment.

Bag

Next up, you’re going to need to find the best golf bag to put your clubs in. There are different avenues to go down here, as stand bags, cart bags, pencil bags and, if you really need to take as much gear as possible onto the course, staff bags.

Realistically, the first two options are the most common and, in my opinion, the best stand bags are the way to go because they are simple to use, comfortable, usually lightweight, and offer flexibility to carry or put them on a cart.

Speaking of which, cart bags are bulkier and tend to have more pockets for all your golf gear as well, so have a think about what you prioritize here. Once again, I've included three options below, two stand models and a cart bag from three top-notch brands, all of which feature noticeable discounts.

DMD

Technology in golf has come on leaps and bounds over the years and one area specifically which has proven popular is distance measuring devices. The best rangefinders, watches and GPS devices allow us to make sure we know what clubs to hit, how far away hazards are, and can help take the guess work out of a shot.

In recent years, they have become increasingly sophisticated in their offerings, but even the more affordable options will typically give yardages to the front, middle and back of the green. Given the popularity of this category, I have therefore found a lot of deals on DMDs with the three below being a few of the best, especially the Bushnell Tour V6 Shift model.

Shoes

During the swing, the only part of you touching the ground are your feet, so it makes sense to get a high-quality pair of shoes to help you maintain grip, stability, and use the ground properly for more swing efficiency.

There are a couple of options here too. Spikeless golf shoes are brilliant in the summer and are comfortable to wear off the golf course. Alternatively, you can go for spiked shoes - often soft cleats in modern shoes - that provide a bit more traction and are a bit more traditional when you think of an archetypal golf shoe.

Additionally, it is worth saying that I would recommend always going for a waterproof model. Golf is an outdoor sport and, if you get caught in the rain, it's imperative you have footwear that will keep your feet dry.

Polo shirt

Next up we have polo shirts, which have actually developed a fair amount over the years. Gone are the days of thick polyester, with new performance fabrics and technologies now featuring in the polo shirt construction.

You may ask why this is, but it's simply because a modern golf polo shirt has to do more.

The best polo shirts give a lot of mobility so the athletic movement of the golf swing is not compromised, whilst they also sit comfortably. A good model will also be lightweight, breathable on those hot days, and even help in terms of wicking sweat, blocking UV rays, and maybe even anti-odor technology.

Finally, they need to look good so, given all of this, I have picked out two brands I love at the moment, B.Draddy and Sun Day Red, both of which have sales on their respective sites.

Rain Jacket

Earlier, I mentioned the importance of a waterproof golf shoe, and the same can be said in making sure you have one of the best rain jackets in your bag as well.

Not only do the top models keep the rain and wind at bay, but they are usually lightweight, easy to pack and put in your bag, work well with other layers and I actually think a lot of brands have upped their game aesthetically in golf waterproofs.

Tees

Finally, we have golf tees, a crucial bit of golf gear to make sure you start every single hole off the right way, unless you're an unreal player and don't need tees...

But most of us do so I've included a link to 100 tees from Pride Sports, a brand synonymous with high-quality golf tees that last.

They can make a big difference to your game, but it's no secret that the top models can set you back a significant amount of money, with the best rangefinders costing up to $600.

Thankfully, there are multiple budget rangefinders available and one of the best Black Friday golf deals we have spotted is on the Inesis 900 Laser with 15% off. This is a model we have enjoyed for a long time now and has had the 'best budget' label in our buying guide above for that time as well, which is testament to how much value it offers at the price point.

Here are the main features of the 900 Rangefinder. Firstly, it has 6x magnification, which is only one less than the best Bushnell rangefinders, which are ranked as the market leaders.

Like Bushnell, Inesis have also included the essential slope functionality, which can be easily disabled for tournament play by pulling out a small yellow ring on the eyepiece.

What we particularly liked is that the Inesis Golf 900 still provided a yardage, even when the view is not completely clear. Simply scan the horizon behind your target and voila, your yardage will show up and be displayed.

Speaking of the yardages, we found them to be incredibly accurate and, when compared to the best models from GolfBuddy and Voice Caddie, the numbers were very similar, showing the full extent of the accuracy of the Inesis 900.

Obviously, being a slightly less expensive model, there are some slight drawbacks. The display, although clear, isn't as clear as the likes of Bushnell models.

What's more, the battery level isn't displayed within the laser but, according to Decathlon, it has the capacity for 5000 measurements, which should easily get you through the summer months on the golf course.

We are big fans of this rangefinder and, right now at Decathlon, you can find it for under £110, making it one of the best value offers we have seen this Black Friday.

Available via Decathlon's website, it's not the only site with offers on golf equipment, as Amazon will be providing plenty of deals throughout Black Friday and over the weekend.

My intrigue with the driver piqued when I spoke with the team at GolfClubs4Cash, who confirmed the Qi10 Max is comfortably their most sold item of 2025 so far. But the story has just taken an astonishing twist. This king of the second-hand market is now available brand new from Amazon at an unprecedented 11% discount, making it the must-buy driver of the Black Friday season for me.

The massive popularity of the Qi10 Max has led to a significant price correction, with the driver now available at Amazon for $399.99, down from its current retail price of $449.99. The combination of proven performance and aggressive pricing explains why the club is flying off the shelves, both new and used.

The Power of Endorsement and Forgiveness

The primary reason for the Qi10 Max's market dominance is its powerful convergence of performance and cultural influence. The sheer credibility built by TaylorMade's tour staff is immense: Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler spent all of the 2025 season using a Qi10 driver (albeit the low-spin "dot" model), ticking off grand slams and three of the four majors between them!

The Quarter-Inch Advantage: A Happy Accident?

Something else to be aware of, and I believe maybe the biggest secret to the Qi10 Max's success may be down to a "happy accident" by the engineers at TaylorMade. When they designed the Max head, they pushed the shape wide from front to back to maximize MOI. In doing so, the hosel naturally moved lower to the ground by around a quarter of an inch. Rather than adding this length back into the shaft (to maintain the traditional 45.75-inch length of the rest of the range), TaylorMade just let it roll. As such, the Qi10 Max played a quarter of an inch shorter than the rest of the range.

Why is this so crucial? I suspect (from years of custom fitting experience) that by reducing the playing length even slightly, this helps players find the middle of the clubface more often, and this efficiency has significant benefits for both distance and dispersion. Center contact is always king.

The TaylorMade Qi10 Max, therefore, offers a unique value proposition: a club backed by tour success, built with maximum slice correction, incredible forgiveness, and a slightly shorter, more efficient playing length. That combination, now available brand new for $399.98, makes this one of the most compelling early deals I have seen so far on Black Friday...

Some top tips to find the best deals

1. Do research beforehand and make a list

I always say to people, know what you want to buy before going into the shopping event, or during the event itself. That means putting in some research on the golf equipment you want so you know prices, discounts, specs, reviews and specific models in and out. That way you can be focused on the day and not have to waste time. This will also give you knowledge on what is actually a good deal.

2. Set a budget

On Black Friday it is easy to spend too much or buy things you don't actually need so I tell people to set yourself a proper budget and stick to it. And similar to that point, do not panic buy!

3. Don't limit yourself to Amazon

Of course there will be a lot of focus on Amazon during the shopping events but definitely don't limit yourself to just one retailer as we often notice other retailers like PGA TOUR Superstore, Walmart, Rock Bottom Golf and Scottsdale Golf doing sales of their own.

4. Price check everything

I really think this is one of the most important things to do when shopping in sales events. I recommend price checking something across several retailers to see if the price is actually good, or if you can get it lower somewhere else. This does require having a number of tabs open.

That being said price checking on Amazon is quite easy. I use CamelCamelCamel, a website that price checks millions of items sold on Amazon, a lot. The website tracks price lows, so if the item you're looking at was cheaper at some other point, you'll be able to see the price difference.

5. Watch out for shady reviews

This is something to be aware of. On retailers like Amazon there are a lot of reviews that are not legitimate, and whilst Amazon has removed a lot of bogus reviews, there are so many that not all of them can be. So I recommend just keeping your eyes out for reviews that seem a bit fishy. At Golf Monthly we literally only write about products we have tested ourselves so we always make sure we have a link to our review somewhere on the page.

We rarely see a driver released in one year, and get discounted but here we are. The excellent Elyte drivers from Callaway have significant dollars off at the moment.

A level of deal we rarely see

It is easy to get lost in all the deals right now but I have just spotted one that rarely comes about because the Garmin R50 Launch Monitor is a brand new bit of tech that elevates the bar of what a monitor can do. The feature list is incredible so I would recommend looking up the review I've linked to below, but as of right now you can get 10% off now.

It's back! The Pro V1 Holiday deal returns

Once again we rarely see a deal of this level, the Titleist Pro V1 is currently discounted by $10 on two dozen balls in the Holiday Pack sale. Obviously the Pro V1 is at the top end of the performance spectrum and this continues with the 2025 model which came oh so close to a perfect five stars in our testing.

My favorite shoe deal so far

There are a lot, and I mean A LOT of golf shoe deals right now and my absolute favorite is the S2G from adidas. Even at a full RRP I think it offers good value because it comes in around the one hundred dollar mark, but at the moment you can get as much as 52% off! When you consider the versatility of the shoe, the value here is hard to beat.

Three top-notch laser deals for you

Like shoes, there are a whole load of laser rangefinder deals as well, at a variety of price points. I have picked out three of my favorites below, with the Bushnell being the pick of the bunch. It is undoubtedly one of the best rangefinders on the market and the GolfBuddy/Blue Tees models performed well for us in testing as well.

If you are in the market for a budget-friendly laser then I've got a top pick for you. The Voice Caddie Laser Fit rangefinder usually comes with an RRP around the two hundred dollar mark but for Black Friday you can get 20% off taking it to $160. Every year I think the golf shoe deals seem to get better and better on Black Friday. In 2025 some of the best models we have tested have got sizeable discounts, and these are from big brands as well like adidas, FootJoy and Under Armour as you can see below.

Another top shoe deal for you

Alternatively if you are a fan of Ecco then I recommend taking a look at this deal on the H4 shoes. I tested these a while ago and they remain ultra-comfortable. Obviously with Ecco the look may divide opinion, but the performance is excellent and looks are subjective anyway.

I was not expecting this deal to still be around if I'm being honest. We rarely see any deal whatsoever on the Titleist Pro V1 and also the Pro V1x but right now you can get two dozen for around the 100 dollar mark which equates to $10 off. I know, that seems like a modest number but the rarity of seeing a discount on this type of product makes it worth it in my opinion, especially when you consider the market-leading performance you will get.

A lot of the time I can be guilty of focusing too much on the US but there are actually a good number of deals in the UK as well so I am taking the opportunity to shout about those now. The Elyte Mini driver deal in particular is great to see as that came out in 2025 whilst the Garmin watch and GolfBuddy rangefinder deals are pretty significant as well, putting them around the £100 mark.

Garmin is a high quality brand for golf equipment so it is fantastic to see more golf deals on their products. For example the Z30 laser, S70 watch and the R10 launch monitor all have varying discounts at the moment, and we can attest the performance across all three is very good.

Got a golf trip planned? Get yourself a travel bag

When it comes to golf holidays the one non-negotiable accessory for me is a travel bag. If I am giving my pride and joys to a heavy handed luggage handler, I want to know my clubs are safely cocooned from damage, and a travel bag is the way to do so. I am now putting my golf hat on... stay with me.

Perfect balls for winter

If you're struggling to find your ball in the winter conditions, now might be a good time to make the switch to a bright (neon) ball. The Vice Pro Plus golf ball is made for the better player who generates a driver clubhead speed in excess of 110 mph. This is a nice little saving on a very good ball.

Let's talk training aids...

More specifically, let's talk nets. We've tested quite a few this year from budget options to premium offerings. One that really impressed Joe Ferguson was the Gagalileo. There are savings to be had pretty much everywhere right now, but this is a really good time to buy that something that might not previously been been near the top of the list, especially a product that's going to help you improve at home.

The first deal I'm going to bring to you is one I spotted earlier on my own set of irons. I’ve had the Cobra Darkspeed irons in the bag for 18 months now and I can’t fault them. A Golf Ball To Help You Hole More Putts

And I’ll sign off tonight with a deal on the golf ball I have switched to this year. The TaylorMade Tour Response is an excellent golf ball in its own right, and well suited to my swing speed which is very much in the mid category these days. It’s the Stripe design that really seals the deal for me though as it’s helped my putting massively.

I’ve always struggled on the greens, especially with shorter putts, but the thick stripe design has gone a long way to solving that for me as it’s made alignment so much easier. The thick line means I can use the shaft of the putter to get my line right, and because I then have full trust that I’m lined up correctly I can then just free my mind of anything else and just stroke the ball.

I can’t see myself ever switching from the golf ball now as it’s been transformational for me.

Price check everything

I really think this is one of the most important things to do when shopping in sales events. I recommend price checking something across several retailers to see if the price is actually good, or if you can get it lower somewhere else. This does require having a number of tabs open.

That being said price checking on Amazon is quite easy. I use CamelCamelCamel, a website that price checks millions of items sold on Amazon, a lot. The website tracks price lows, so if the item you're looking at was cheaper at some other point, you'll be able to see the price difference.

My top tips for Black Friday

Want to make the most of Black Friday. Here are three tips I would recommend...

Do research beforehand and make a list

Know what you want to buy before going into the shopping event, or during the event itself. That means putting in some research on the golf equipment you want, that way you can be focused on the day and not have to waste time. This will also give you knowledge on what is actually a good deal.

Set a budget

On Black Friday it is easy to spend too much or buy things you don't actually need, so I tell people to set yourself a proper budget and stick to it.

Don't limit yourself to Amazon

Obviously there will be a lot of focus on Amazon during the shopping events but don't limit yourself to just one retailer. Among the ones we'd recommend include PGA TOUR Superstore, Walmart, Rock Bottom Golf and Scottsdale Golf.

Happy Saturday! I've not been on this live blog as of yet, so I thought I'd start by sharing some of my favourite deals so far this Black Friday.

I've gone for a brilliant little launch monitor that's ideal for golfers who just want to dip their toes into gathering data on their game, one of the best mid-priced golf balls on the market, and one of my favourite budget laser rangefinders that's now even better value in the Black Friday sale.

Mini driver mania

Mini drivers have been one of the trendiest pieces of golf equipment to launch this year. As an alternative option off the tee (one that's more accurate than a normal driver), my mini driver has solved my long time struggles hitting driver. The heads are a little smaller, as are the shafts, so there's far more control from a full 46 inch, 460cc driver.

There's still only four on market would you believe. The TaylorMade R7 Quad, PXG Secret Weapon, Titleist GT280 and the Callaway Elyte Mini.

Shoes are a popular purchase at this time of year and few have been more popular than the adidas S2G so far this Black Friday weekend.

What have you bought this Black Friday?

I have just pulled the trigger on a Waikato Chiefs jersey (shoutout all the Kiwi's and Super rugby fans out there), but haven't purchased anything golf related yet. PGA TOUR's best putter has his model discounted

Stats-wise, Sam Burns' putting record is astonishing, with the American finishing inside the top 10 of the PGA Tour's Total Putting for the last five seasons. What's more, in Strokes Gained: Putting and Putting Average, he's finished outside the top 10 just twice. He also ranked first in Strokes Gained: Putting during the 2025 PGA Tour season, gaining 0.983 strokes on the field. Amazingly you can pick up his Odyssey model with $50 off.

Three Callaway drivers with big discounts

The Elyte drivers came out earlier in 2025 and they are already reduced (largely because they will be getting replaced in January by Callaway), but regardless to see such a new range of clubs get nearly 20% off is awesome.
