Make the Most of YOUR Progressive Christian Website

Here are some tips on how to use The Progressive Christian's dynamic website:

1.      Register. It's free and easy, and once you sign up you will receive frequent updates on content and activities.

2.     Explore. Click on any article, blog post, resource, event or other information displayed on the TPC home page. If you prefer, click on the "more" link at the bottom of every column; that will take you to a list of articles in that section. Articles are catalogued according to their publication date. You can also use the "search" box at the top of the page. Also try the list of "Most Viewed" and "Most Commented" articles to find out what interests your fellow readers.

3.     Connect. Use the additional media links provided with most articles to find audio, video and images on topics that interest you. Some of these are on the TPC website, and others will take you to sites such as YouTube.

4.     Converse. Make use of TPC's Community section by joining in Discussions on the forums, looking up Events, and checking resources for other progressive Christian organizations.

5.     Comment. Each article includes the opportunity for uses to comment. Comments can lead to online discussions, which can led to action beyond TPC's virtual world.

6.     Contact. If you have any problems with TPC's website, use the Contact form, linked at the top right corner of each page, to describe your problem. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

7.     Contribute. There are several ways you can contribute to the vitality of The Progressive Christian:

•           Read it, tweet it, or send it to your favorite social networking site.
•           Comment on specific articles, or join in the Discussions.
•           Contribute your own content. Email your articles, essays and letters to tpceditor@tpcmagazine.org with the word "Submission" in the subject line.
•           Donate. Everything costs money, even apparently "free" content on the Internet. The Progressive Christian needs income just like every other entity in order to bring you the kind of unique, often exclusive content about progressive faith, issues and events that you rarely find elsewhere. Become a member of the TPC Community at the funding level that suits you best.
